How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a flat shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and personalised products are not eligible for returns. To start a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we begin processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
