Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping (1–3 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders over £35 qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Order Tracking page with your order number and email address.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we begin processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need help.
Yes! We ship to over 150 countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination. Free international shipping on orders over £50.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Visit our Returns Portal to start a return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page has a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing — the same security used by major global brands. We never store your full card details on our servers.
